A deposit is required for certain pieces to confirm your order, as each bag is handmade specifically for you.

Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before completing the order.

Orders are shipped once the handmade production process is completed.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

We work with third-party courier services to deliver your order and will do our best to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Customers are required to be available to receive their orders at the provided address.

If a customer refuses to receive the order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee.

Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or refusal to receive the order may also result in additional shipping charges.
