Shipping & Delivery Policy

Each Bissan bag is fully handmade with care, which means your order needs some time to be prepared especially for you.

Production Time

  • Orders are handmade and typically require 10–15 days for production before shipping.

Deposit

  • A EGP 500 deposit is required to confirm your order, as each bag is handmade specifically for you.

Shipping

  • Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before completing the order.

  • Orders are shipped once the handmade production process is completed.

Delivery

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

  • We work with third-party courier services to deliver your order and will do our best to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

  • Bissan is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Refusal & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are required to be available to receive their orders at the provided address.

  • If a customer refuses to receive the order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee.

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or refusal to receive the order may also result in additional shipping charges.
